Justin and Adam are friendly, respectful, honest, skilled, and hard-working!  I am excited to have discovered J. Adams, recommend them without reservation, and plan on calling them for future service needs. Our upstairs air conditioning wasn’t working, and they accurately diagnosed the issue.  They gave us options and we decided to replace most of our aging equipment.  Their recommendations were very reasonable—suggesting quality units that would give us years of reliable use, without upselling with options that we didn’t need.   I feel they try to provide what would be best for us. They let us know what to expect, when they could come, and ensured they coordinated with our timing.  I appreciated their regular status updates.  They were readily reachable and prompt at responding. Extra time, resourcefulness, and diligent effort were required to solve a few issues from our old system, but they reworked it better than it used to be. It is refreshing to find truly great people.  I trust their advice, rely on their work, and vouch for their quality.  It was nice to get to know them.
